Sexy TwitPics: Ariana Grande

Last week, we voyaged through the many explicit self-distributed TwitPics of Sam Bowden. That was some superb TV-MA fun, but this week we're going to tone it down all the way to a... let's say TV-PG set of TwitPics, from "Victorious" star Ariana Grande. The headline for this bundle of images might as well be called "Cute TwitPics". While Bowden proved to have a set of cans, Ariana's most distinguishing feature is her lovely pair of enormous, spherical eyeballs. She's been featured on MovieHotties from time-to-time, but when she's not showing a hint of some leg or cleavage, you might start looking around the room to see if Chris Hansen's watching. Luckily, she's kind of a raging Twitterholic, so we get to see Ariana's more mature side, along with the side that likes to make duckfaces and other pouty facial expressions.

In the real world, Ariana seems like… exactly the kinda chick you'd imagine working at Nickelodeon Studios. Like most of the "Disney/Nick chick" ensemble, Ariana has a singing career (you don't say!), with her debut album Daydreamin' set to release this year. On that note, she's utterly obsessed with Jon Bon Jovi and she idolizes Celine Dion. I've seen about a third of an episode of "Victorious" and could tell from that short amount of time that Ariana's character, Cat Valentine, is supposed to be "the dumb one". The way she looks and acts on the show sort of reminds me of Brittany Murphy's character in CLUELESS. One part naive, two parts dim of wit. Between Ariana and Victoria Justice, you have two reasons "Victorious" might be worth checking out during the commercial breaks of that other show you like. But be warned: the content of the program is completely random with no remorse, much like these TwitPics posted by Ariana…

With the apparent cancelation of "Victorious" coming soon, Nickelodeon is working Ariana's popular character into another upcoming series, "Sam & Cat", in which she will costar with Jennette McCurdy (who will reprise her role as Sam Puckett in "iCarly"). The show will revolve around these two unlikely girlfriends becoming roommates and starting a babysitting business together. I can't wait to see the episode where they get in a bubble bath fight with each other over where to keep the cereal box (are you hearing my demands, Nickelodeon Studio execs?). Those Nick folks must really like her, because they've also snatched her up to star in the movie SWINDLE, also expected to release sometime this year. So let's get to the pics!
